Processing: Account data is managed through Firebase Authentication (Google Identity Platform).
2.2 Video Data Collection
- Live video streams from device cameras during multiplayer sessions
- Video is processed in real-time through LiveKit infrastructure
- Video streams are NOT permanently stored after session completion
- Video is visible only to authenticated session participants
- Facial recognition or biometric analysis is NOT performed
- Third-party processing: LiveKit (real-time streaming infrastructure)

Retention: Real-time only, no permanent storage
2.3 Session Data
During improv sessions, we collect:
- Voice audio recordings during active sessions
- Transcripts of spoken content
- AI coaching feedback and assessments
- Session metadata (duration, game type, participants)
Storage: Session transcripts are stored in Google Cloud Firestore.
2.4 Audio Processing
Voice data is processed through:
- LiveKit: Real-time audio streaming and room management
- Google Cloud AI: Speech-to-text transcription and AI response generation
Audio is processed in real-time and not permanently stored in raw format after session completion.
2.5 Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics (ID: G-0CJGHXN57B) to collect:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Device type and browser information
- Geographic location (country/region level)
- Referral sources
2.6 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
We use Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), for advertising measurement and optimization.
What Meta Pixel Is: Meta Pixel is a piece of code that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and optimize ad delivery to users who are most likely to be interested in our services.
